no-org.net is a Jerusalem art network, launched in December 2003. It serves a platform for experimental projects in the area of netbased and digital art and for the exchange of independent information on contemporary art.

(H)earat Shulaym (Note in the Margin) is an Independent Journal of Contemporary Art and Literature published by the group of artists Sala-Manca. The purpose of the magazine is to temporaly shift the gaze of the "reader" from the dominant culture, which, for the group members is mostly a marginal culture. The aim is to expose works from artists from different fields that were conceptualized far from main existing trends. This magazine is published without advertisments and without any official support.

The aim of (H)Earat Shulaym – Journal for Contemporary Art and Heara (comment) events (multidisciplinary events for contemporary art) is to meet new trends on art, artists and public, through the creation of new ways of art exhibition and creation from those that the artistic mainstream institutions propose. The development of this independent work in Jerusalem is a step of the process of deconstructing the centralist Israeli Art map and in the creation of new centers that are independent from the traditional art centers and institutions. In these two projects more than 160 artists took part and more than 230 art works were shown and published.

The second edition of the Streaming Festival ended on the 28th of October 2007.

The festival broadcasted four programs; documentary, fiction, animation and art plus three special programs.
Composed by the KAN festival was a special program presenting a select number of films including films from Agnieszka Smoczynska, Anna Maszczynska and Anna Pankiewicz.

CultureTV brought a special program with selected international video art works. Including works from Pipilotti Rist, Grimanesa Amoros, Gaelle Denis and Bathtime in Clerkenwell by Alex Budovsky.

We screened 18 hours of independent films from more than 100 filmmakers from over 20 different countries. The Festival was proud to present these films and their makers to you.

A new reading of Ulysses is being developed by Irish net artist Conor McGarrigle, who has set himself the task of creating a series of pieces based upon James Joyce's novel. The project is unusually large in scale for a net art piece. As McGarrigle puts it "It's a big project, but it's something I wanted to do, because I wanted to start a project that I could work on over a long period of time, because a lot of what I did before was short, self-contained and have no follow-on, which is how a lot of net art is like." Coinciding with the Republican Convention in New York, over 20 international net artists and digital artists broadcast a new collaborative art-polemic with a focus on how Bush and the US Republicans negatively influence every locality around the world. This real-time multimedia protest jam was projected at RNC NODE and in local NY bars.
