The Mu-Meson Archive is a collection of cult and alternative films & ephemera gathered and kept safe by Aspasia and Jaimie Leonarder, aka Miss Death and Jay Katz. The archive, "exploring the fringes of society and the strange", is hosted in a venue in the inner west of Sydney. Subscriptions are available via the Mu Mesons Archive Patreon page to access films, interviews and more to support the archive for cheaper than a monthly streaming service

Performance Space in association with dualpLOVER invites you to Auraltered State #1 the first of eight free performances to be conducted across 2010 focusing on the music of New South Wales as heard through the ears of Lucas Abela. The performances will cross a wide spectrum of music from the state with a focus on some of our more entertaining, innovative, unusual and new thought artists. All shows will be held at the new Performance Space ClubHouse which has a limited capacity of 100 patrons so please come early. This series has been kindly supported by Arts NSW.

Olam Qatan is a spiritual books and world music store in Emek Refaim St, Jerusalem, Israel. I spoke briefly with it's owner Ya'qub ibn Yusuf, who explained some of the music and books available in his store. Sounds like there's a fusion of East meets West happening in Israel and Turkey, which is really interesting to hear. It's great to speak with Independant store owners - their passion for music & books is contagious and it's great to discover new sounds and genres.
