After many twists, turns & loops, Zephyr Timbre is on an extended sabbatical. Trying to push ahead with performing and album creation, the ZT Crew have come to the realisation that a break is necessary. The band has been on a truly massive five year journey with many highs, a few lows and some major personal events in the mix. It has been a difficult decision to make, but the reflection time is mandatory. Read more to find out what ZT member's are up to in the meantime or visit http://www.zephyrtimbre.com for the latest news

Switch vs McGuyver's EP "Big Banana" has been making leaps and bounds in the world of tech-house prior to it's worldwide release on Beat Code Records first week of May. DJ Mag and iDJ Mag have given it the thumbs up in this months reviews sections. UK Radio Kiss 100 has been hammering it, plus local Australian radio stations FBi Radio and netradio stations such as PulseRadio.net & ProtonRadio have been taking it for a spin also. DJs such as Tony Thomas, Peace Division, Derek Taylor (Glasgow/Limbo/Foundations) and Mazi aka Audio Soul Project (Gourmet, Spundae) have charted the EP. Expect to hear more from Switch vs McGuyver - they're currently working on a collaboration with Perth's KRIECE, have recently finished a remix of US house legend JOSHUA COLLINS and have teamed up with Netherland's JAIMY (of Jaimy & Kenny D fame) for a two tracker release. Remixes of "Big Banana" will be released later this year. Busy guys! Artist/producer DJ Switch had this to say of about his reaction to the amazing response to Big Banana's upcoming release: "Through each stage of making this record (from a year ago) we've had dreams of levels of success, every one of those dreams along the way has come true.... anyone can do it"
