colloquy: issue 7 & Call For Papers

Colloquy: text critique theory, a journal produced by Monash postgraduates, has been offering insights into young researchers' areas of investigation for eight years. The journal also provides a much needed opportunity for post-graduates to have their work published in a fully refereed journal. This email is a Call For Papers for the 2004 issue. Any papers written by post-graduate students on literature and literary theory or discourse and culture will be considered for publication.

The all Australian MilkBar featured online

The Aussie MilkBar is an icon in it's own right. Created as a thesis for it's creator Craig Bellamy, http://www.milkbar.com.au is a site showcasing the inner Melbourne suburb of Fitzroy as well as some of the locals who visit the local milkbar. The site delves into globalisation issues, as well as providing an oral history of the place and point in time. Do you love visiting your favourite milkbar either now or during your childhood? Take a photo and submit it to the site and be a part of the project yourself!
