ABC calling for digital video art for ABC digital channel

ABC New Media and Digital services is looking to acquire video art under five minutes in duration for screening on our new digital channel ABC2 and broadband website. ABC2 recognises video art as a dynamic art form and Australia as a leader in new media arts. Our role as a national broadcaster enables us to showcase this to a diverse audience. License fees will be offered for selected works. ABC2 features a broad range of new and time-shifted ABC programming - children's, regional, arts, public policy, social commentary, international news, music and information. It's a complementary service offering another chance to see programs from the main channel. New content for ABC2 and the ABC Broadband Channel is mostly short, interstitial content such as animations, music videos and kids programs. Read more for details on how to submit or visit http://abc.net.au/abc2 and http://abc.net.au/broadband

Hinterlandt - New Belief System - CD

The background. While a lot of experimental music seems to maintain an exclusive approach (stay out you wouldn't understand), the music of Hinterlandt is meant to be an invitation to anybody (come in - join the trip). While pop music gets more and more geared towards the ever-decreasing attention span of young listeners (which has shrunk from 2-minute radio songs to 30-second mp3 snippets), Hinterlandt warmly offers the format of 10-15-minute compositions. read more or visithttp://aliasfrequencies.org/product/af004.html for details
