event documentation archive
Documentation of events including interviews, audio, video and photos for archival purposes.
Multiple genres are included - music and more recently arts projects.
Most of the material is hosted offsite to save bandwidth.
This section is slowly being updated with documented older events - mostly photos, audio recordings and some reviews & informal interviews, and more recently video. There's also a few notes from courses and workshops I've attended. I haven't had time to transcribe some of my notes / audio interviews so I'm posting photos of my notebooks and raw recordings on occasion - perhaps this is better than nothing!
In the meantime, browse through the collection of photos on flickr.
Videos & Audio are usually hosted on Internet Archive using Ourmedia interface or youtube or blip.tv.

i'm brand new to this site and i've been trying to find some sort of contact tab to get in touch with someone in site manager / moderator capacity.
just viewing and very much enjoying robin fox performances on internet archive via ourmedia. however i can only view 1 of 3 and 2 of 3. 3 of 3 not working (neither node or url). is there anyway i can still view this file please. i was so excited to stumble across this footage.

Submitted by AliaK on Sun, 2006-04-30 05:41.oh, also the footage I have doesn't include Robin's laser work. you might be interested in that also (if you're not already familiar with it...) I noticed some photos on dpwolf's flickr page from a recent performance (in Melbourne I think..)
http://flickr.com/photos/dpwolf/sets/72057594118505576/ is his set of photos.
not sure if you're familiar with the aus_noise yahoogroups mail list but that's another good place to find out more/similar info.
hi Sam, thanks for letting
Submitted by AliaK on Sun, 2006-04-30 05:29.hi Sam, thanks for letting me know. sorry I took down the contact page as I was getting too much spam but haven't had time to fix it and reupload. reminds me I should get back to that also.
the 2 of 3 file used to work, but it's failing for me also. I'll try reuploading it and post here once ready. videolan should be able to play it/them once it's working in case you don't have an mpeg player.
cheers

Submitted by AliaK on Wed, 2006-09-06 04:18.maybe it's a problem with ourmedia or archive.org as it's working ok for me now and I haven't changed anything. in either case, I've found a converter for quicktime movies, so I've joined all three videos together and made a new one which can be seen @ http://www.aliak.com/node/2382 or under the artspace article 18/02/2006 link above.
hope you have better luck with viewing this copy!!
have emailed you about this also
