ELSEWHERE
06-09 November 2025 ::: Art on Tezos exhibition, Berlin + online. Exhibitions, performances, screenings + more at various venues in Berlin, featuring artists and artworks from many of the Tezos art communities and platforms. I’m on the curation team for Teia, the grassroots Tezos-based art platform & community DAO — we’re a diverse group of artists from around the world making, minting art and voting on which artworks to include in this exhibition. The Teia exhibition is called Unique Ingredients — you can find us in the kitchen! It’s a great chance to see what’s happening in digital and electronic art around the world. https://tezos.com/events/art-on-tezos-berlin for info on the overall event & check out the Teia artists via TeiaCommunity twitter account / thread

07 October - 08 November ::: Care in the Code @ Bankstown Art Gallery. Well worth seeing, this exhibition explores aspects of artists’ use of care via technologies such as machine-based computation, robotics and AI/ML, keeping a human perspective throughout. Curated by Rachael Kiang & Dr. Deborah Turnbull Tillman, featuring artworks by Chloe McFadden, Zoe Qijing Li, Wendy Yu. Loved the combing bot by Zoe Qijing Li — touches of the digital sublime, danger at every stroke, and high levels of trust needed https://www.bankstownartscentre.com.au/care-code

01-23 November 2025 ::: reImage @ Articulate Project Space***
opening event: Sat 01 November, 3-5pm
via curators, Anke Stäcker & Beata Geyer:
RE:IMAGE
This exhibition considers photography as a medium in motion, fluid, porous, and open to rethinking. RE:IMAGE brings together works that question what a photographic image can be, how it functions, and where its boundaries dissolve. Rather than treating photography as a closed system, the exhibition presents practices that recontextualise the image: through shifts of scale, material, or process; by folding it into installation, sculpture, performance, or digital environments; or by allowing it to surface as residue, trace, or fragment. RE:IMAGE highlights photography as an active field of experimentation, where the photographic emerges as a space of possibility continually reconfigured through the diverse perspectives of contemporary practice.
