THE WOMBATS ARE BACK!

Controversial hip-hop punks Combat Wombat return home after evading the cold Melbourne winter. MC Izzy and Monkey Marc have been working with indigenous communities up north in the desert whilst Elf Transporter has been touring the USA with San Francisco hip-hop/dub experimentalists Heavyweight Dub Champions.

Come welcome the Wombats home when they reunite with DJ Wasabi to play one last show for 2006 at the Tote Hotel in Collingwood on Thursday December 14 with special guest Roots Manuva collaborator and Big-Dada label-mate Wayne Lotek(UK).

This is your only chance to see the band before MC Izzy leaves for Africa in January to get creative with Kenyan hip-hop group Sinpare. GM Grumble Pipes on the ones and twos, doors open at 9pm and entry is only $10!
