Also featuring Steve Law launching his new Zen Paradox CD and a huge line up of local live artists. Plus visual artists and vj performances throughout the night.

Starting at 7.30pm with an impressive line up of Australian experimental
performances, with highlights including Lucus Abela's new glass/noise set up.
Followed bya live performance from TBA and Thomas Brinkmann showcasing the Klick series in its second iteration.

Its a Liquid Architecture night with Thomas
Brinkmann and Natalie Beridze - who performs as tba - @ the Public Office

So we're there from 7.30pm at 100 Adderly St West Melbourne on July 2nd.

So - just to explain for those who might be curious to come but who didn't
make the Monolake party in 2003 that this one has grown out of ...

Its an early start at 7.30 for a listening concert in an informal venue
with the bar open instead of the usual rows of seats setup and you can't blink without someone frowning.

The sets will be short and to the point and its really a bit of an
electronic computer based multi media variety show. Weve got multi screen, audio generated, double mouse controlled interractive surround sight video, laptop hiphop and onthemic midfloormadness, composed computer music, a husband and wife double act on decks and laptop, multi media extreme noise, field recording based nerdy melancholia and cack yourself nocopyright sampler hysteria.

Brought to you by artists from Victoria, Germany, the ACT and Sydney -
including Lucas Abela, fresh from an overseas tour and a glassblowers conference in Adelaide who's performing with new intstruments.

Its a long night but we plan food from the Melbourne Uni Food Coop and you know the deal - get there early, be there for the local crew, always on first ..... c'mon people!!!!

Then after 12 it might get really wild. In between the dj's - cos you
gotta have dj's if you're gonna party these days - everyone knows that!! - we're up for three hours of live minimal tekkers with specially prepared sets from Steve Law in Zen Paradox cossie and Pat Stormont bracketing a second set from Thomas Brinkmann.

But wait - there's more - just when you think you know something about
Thomas Brinkmann you ask him for his tech specs and the learning curve ramps
up!!
