:::::: DJ Andrew Coldham-Fussell ::::::

Andrew has been mixing for a couple of years after becoming
interested in DJing whilst living in London and frequenting clubs
such as Sunny Side Up, and Strawberry Sundaes between 1994-96. He
started buying vinyl years ago but didn't start mixing until after he
helped Paul Pedrina, Ruth, & Kazu Kimura put on the Hardware party in
September 98. He soon borrowed a turntable, acquired a mixer and
another turntable and started practicing.

Andrew has mostly played at house parties, his two highlights so far
being a friend's bush wedding west of Sydney and the party his crew
put on for the Milleneum in a friend's shed in Ballina. "I am
confident with the sound I now call my own which I would describe as
dark but not sinister. It includes some deep and progressive grooves
with with occasional break or tech tune to keep em guessing". He's
really keen & ready to play out and has put a demo disc together that
he would happily forward to any interested promoters.

:::::: DJ Paul Pedrina ::::::

Paul Pedrina is a name you would have seen on many Brisbane party &
club flyers for many years. Below is a list of events he has played
at - you'll probably notice that he was playing at some of the most
memorable nights in Brisbane's dance history. You can catch him
spinning discs now at Monastery Nightclub in the Valley on Friday
nights.. make sure you go along and catch his set! He also organises
and promotes parties/club events as well as DJing.

:::::: MC Sabre & DJ Alias ::::::

MC Sabre currently organises and performs at the popular hip hop
event, Hustlers Convention. He has been around for years in bands
such as Bass X, formed in the early 90s and Recipe 4 Disaster/R4D,
and has released EPs with them over the last few years. He also
performs at the Rinseout drum'n'bass parties, the next one being held
at Arena on 16th September, so go along to catch his MCing there! His
style is deep, rough yet rhythmical - you can tell he has a great
talent and passion for words and MCing when you watch and listen to
him perform.

Sabre has many links with the hip hop community - he is also the
editor and promotions person for the Urban Beats magazine, an aerosol
art/grafitti magazine launched a couple of years ago. He currently
has a few projects in the works for both his music and art, so keep
an ear to the ground to find out more about them. He's definitely a
name to watch in the future!

:::::: DJ Alias ::::::

DJ Alias has been collecting records for the last 5 years or so, and
has been a turntablist cuttin' 'em up & scratching for the last 3-4
years. His style is to play hip hop, all forms of breakbeat, with a
main focus on electro, drum'n'bass and trip hop and combine the music
with his scratching skills to create an unique flavour. He's played
at the Hustlers Convention, and also entered the Qld DMC competition
in 1999. He's currently in the production studio making beats and
working with R4D, and is practicing for next years DMC.

Alias and Sabre will be performing a two hour set on pulseradio.net
this Sunday from 2-4pm (GMT+10). Please check the website and in
